Washing Instructions

Dog Products

Collars, Harnesses, Leashes, Poo Bag Pouches & Treat Pouches

  1. Remove any extra dog tags, bells, carabiner, etc. Secure any velcro closures, so they don't snag other items.
  2. Place item(s) in a laundry bag.  This is especially important for leashes and harnesses.  (See FAQ below if you don't have a laundry bag.)
  3. Wash on gentle cycle with a mild detergent.  If item is stained or especially dirty, you can also try pre-treating with a stain remover or even pre-soaking.
  4. Hang to dry.

Dog Scarves

See instructions for quilted products.  May need ironing if wrinkled.  If item has a vinyl decoration, be sure to use a pressing cloth.

DO NOT IRON directly on the vinyl.

Dog Bows & Bow Ties

Spot clean only.

Dog Toys

Machine wash with mild detergent in a cold cycle and line dry as often as you see fit.

Quilted Products

Handbags, Wallets, Pouches, Straps & Accessories

  1. Make sure any velcro closures are secured, so they won't snag any other items. Remove any carabiners or metal hardware that is not sewn on.
  2. Place item(s) in a laundry bag.  This is especially important for items with straps, velcro & metal hardware.
  3. Wash on gentle cycle with a mild detergent.  If item is stained or especially dirty, you can also try pre-treating with a stain remover or even pre-soaking.
  4. Tumble dry on low.  Items with a lot of metal hardware may be best to air dry, since it will be very noisy in the dryer.

Washing F.A.Q.

I don't have a laundry bag, can I still wash my item?

  • Yes, you can also use an old pillowcase and tie it in a knot to keep your item from tangling with other laundry.
  • For collars and leashes, you can use a sock to keep item from tangling.
